The Epicurean Club has secured an incredible group medical plan available only
to Club members. The $5.00 monthly fee is the Club's Administrative Fee. Your
monthly premium is based upon the number of family members being covered and the

group medical plan does not have preexisting limitations and provides coverage
with a zero deductable, zero co-op. This is a PPO plan.Not available in all
states.
